I think this is the case however I think that the author is underestimating Netflix. I think that If netflix can produce quality content on its own then it will succeed. They already have the new arrested development episodes lined up to debut on their service and if they are able to leverage the preferences of their users they could produce content with more accuracy then Comcast.
